While we have established our identity as one of the best bars in Charlotte, there’s a new sheriff in town. Headed by Executive Chef Matt Deering, we have completely elevated our food prowess. Assisted by Chef de Cuisine Jon Olvera, Chef Myles Scaglione, and Indiana Serafin, our team has carefully curated incredible plates by sourcing local products and extenuating all seasonal flavors.

And don’t worry if you have food allergies, we are more than accommodating, and include gluten free, vegetarian, pescatarian and even vegan offerings on our menu.

Since our opening in 2017, Dot Dot Dot has become a staple in the Charlotte Cocktail Scene – and it’s no surprise. Veteran craft bartender, and owner, Stefan Huebner uses unique spirits, seasonal flavors, and personal selections to craft an exciting and approachable drink menu. From light and refreshing, to boozy and spirit forward, all the creations are equally balanced and delicious. With over 700 different spirits behind the bar, there is something for everyone. Be sure to ask our bartenders about our non-alcoholic spirit selection, as well!
